The capabilities required for America’s 21st century military are readily available in Indiana’s defense triangle—Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center, Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex, and Naval Surface Warfare Center-Crane Division—as well as in the state’s other installations and assets. To further enhance the state’s capabilities, the leaders of these three southern Indiana facilities are uniting National Guard, army and navy assets in what is being referred to as the Indiana Test Bed (ITB).
People have tried to explain this, but you can’t grasp the capability until you see it first hand, this is big . . . we are spending millions trying to build this and you already have it in Indiana.
